This is a 12 month position with a minimum annual salary of $33,041.00 for 232 days.
Experience

Purpose
Work independently with minimal supervision to assist with tasks and duties associated with the effective operation of driver training parent taught department in the area of parent taught driver education, curriculum, and special projects.
Knowledge/Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Superior customer service skills with regard to problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail
Ability to work as a team and assist coordinators/specialists with multiple tasks
Time management and organizational skills to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to coordinate workloads and manage multiple and competing priorities
Attention to detail and timeliness of task completion with high quality control, time management and organization skills
Skill operating within a complex project, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Personal computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications, web browsers, graphic software, and typing
Proven attendance track record
Ability to correctly interpret laws, rules, regulations, and policies
Education
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Responsibility
Serve as a representative of the Region 13, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with other members of the educational community and with the public
Analyze documents for compliance with program requirements
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff
Print, label, package, and prepare for shipment of parent taught driver education curriculum materials
Process mail, greet walk-in clients, manage payments
Actively support the development of new products
Complete all duties related to programs and specialists supported in a timely and efficient manner
Work with a team of specialists and program assistants to accomplish the goals and work of Region 13
