Please note the following Accountability Dates.
March 25-April 5: Alternative Education Accountability (AEA) registration window. Campuses that were evaluated in 2018 by AEA provisions that meet the 75% at-risk criterion and have at least 50% of their students enrolled in grades 6-12 (as verified through the PEIMS fall enrollment data) will be preregistered for 2019. All other campuses that wish to be evaluated by AEA provisions in 2019 MUST register during the window. Forms are found in TEASE and the campus’s approval status can be monitored using the AEA Campus Registration Report on the TEASE Accountability application. It is my understanding that some campuses MISSED this registration window for 2018, so please make sure all interested persons in your district are aware of these dates!!
April 29-May 10: Pairing Registration window. Campuses that do not serve a grade level for which STAAR assessments are administered must be paired with another campus in the district for accountability purposes. Paired campuses should have a feeder relationship. Districts can use prior year pairing relationships or select new ones. TEA will make pairing decisions for campuses if a district does not indicate a preference.
