Assignment of District Accreditation Statuses

A “To the Administrator Addressed” letter was posted on February 22nd regarding district accredidation status.

“TEA will assign accreditation statuses to districts for the 2011-2012 year.  Accreditation status results will be posted publicly to the TEA website by 1:00 p.m. on March 1, 2012, on the Accreditation Status homepage athttp://www.tea.state.tx.us/accredstatus.”

“Prior to the 2011-2012 public posting of statuses, districts will be able to view their individual accreditation status results by accessing the Intervention Stage and Activity Manager (ISAM) application through the Texas Education Agency Secure Environment (TEASE) application at https://seguin.tea.state.tx.us/apps/app_list.asp.  Accreditation status results for individual districts will be posted to ISAM by 1:00 p.m. on February 24, 2012, and the assigned status will be displayed in an information panel on the Event Summary screen.”

Please see the letter posted to the TEA website for information regarding notification requirements of districts who are assigned  Accredited-Warned or Accredited-Probation status.
