As the fall semester comes to a close, teachers and students are packing up for a much needed winter break. It’s good to be away from the classroom for a couple of weeks and spend time with family and friends, but it doesn’t mean we have to stop learning.

Research suggests that students are less likely to regress when they continue reading and writing during breaks.
