SPP 7 Application Open

The TEA has corrected the technical issue with the SPP 7 TEASE application. The application is now open. For additional information on SPP 7, visit TEA’s SPP 7 General Information page. Due to technical issues with the SPP 7 application, the opening of the application has been delayed. The TEA is trying to fix the problem, however the application may not open until the end of March.
